Watching Charlie chase birds and laze his way around the garden
Lying down looking up at the bright sky with sunglasses on,
Burgers and beers
Stretched out listening to the noises around me
Wind blowing through the trees
Birds chirping
Bees buzzing by

Very original stuff is an understatement
Cars racing past in the distance, sounds like some boy racer asshole telling us how big a man he is with his loud car
He’s far into the distance now.
People talking out the front of the house
Charlie’s sleeping now, I’m drowsy myself
Things don’t seem so bad today
