January is the dullest month of the year
The excitement and expectations of Christmas and the new year are gone
Now the hangover that is January remains
Restrictions and covid talk is all I hear when I leave my house
All that is to be talked about at work is covid,
Have you seen the numbers today?
Shocking carry on isn’t it?
Oh when will life be normal again?
When can we get rid of these masks ?
These questions being asked without expectation of an answer anymore.
It’s exhausting,
So sick of talking about it and listening about it that I’ll come here, sit down and type about it.
